Our stay was marked by quite a few disappointments. The bathroom was cramped and did not accommodate four people comfortably, which made our mornings quite challenging. Poor ventilation on the second floor compounded the discomfort. despite opening the windows, the room felt stuffy and warm. Additionally, we had to deal with uninviting staff members, who were often dismissive and lacked helpfulness when we needed assistance.
